The photo should show Moxe lying on my living room floor. We are back from the Vet clinic. She tore her entire nail off. The Vet put a good sized bandage on her foot and leg. And she administered anti-inflammatories and anti-biotics. The bandage must stay on for a week- and get this- stay dry. My corner is in the middle of rain storms. Interesting days ahead for us.
Moxe was a good, polite doggie girl in the clinic. Right now she is begging me to take the bandage off. At least now she should be on the mend.

@Ineeddentures Thanks. So far she is holding her bandaged limb up as she run walks. That keeps it dry.

Can you tie a plastic bag around the bandage when she goes out so hopefully it will stay dry?

Poor Moxe. Just because keeping the bandage dry brought it to mind, I saw some fancy items in the pharmacy aimed at keeping human bits and pieces dry when they're in plaster. Has she tried to chew it off? I hope she leaves it alone. She is a good-looking dog.
