I never used to be …I just remembered things …. However, the years have rolled on ( get the violins out….#playsadmusic )…..and I am finding the making of a list very useful…..providing I remember to look at it, of course. So, I now make lists of …… Shopping I need to buy Things I need to take to the caravan Jobs to be done Medical appointments, Usually my Moms ….but, I’m getting there too ! Are you a list person …? What do you need to make lists of …?

Occasionally I make lists mostly when I have things coming up, birthdays etc. I would hate to forget to send a card for a special occasion so I need a list to remember to buy one in the first place

@Marilynda my Mom has a list of Birthdays and Anniversaries and gets the cards at the beginning of one month ready for the next month. I get all Birthday cards for friends at the start of the year.

I only make lists for the supermarket, cosmetics I need, and household items to be replaced. Everything else goes into my monthly paper calendar. The rest is done by habit.

I use my phone calendar for appointments, but still have a paper calendar in my kitchen. I’m the same way you are these days. A grocery list doesn’t stay in my head as long as it used to. Still, I don’t often make a list when shopping. Maybe it’s my subconscious rebelling against my fading memory.
