Happy Friday Everyone! it's a beautiful day here in my little corner of the myLot world. The skies are blue with white fluffy clouds and plenty of sunshine.
It was nice being able to enjoy time outside yesterday so today looks like a repeat.
All our stuff for donation is back in the house. Got a notice from them yesterday afternoon that they wouldn't be able to do a pick-up but will come by next week. So, we had to bring everything back inside and although it would have been nice to wave good-bye to that stuff we now have an opportunity to add more before they come next week. Kind of a win win. I'm sure I can find more things in my closet to get rid of.
I have my grocery list done so it's just a matter of checking it and then placing the order for tomorrow pick-up or delivery.
And of course figuring out what to have for dinner.

I'm sure bringing it all back inside was disappointing but it will go next week, hopefully.
We're still carrying stuff out to the garage to get it out of the way. I'll need help carrying the mattress and box springs out there, but we'll need to do that on a day when I'm not dizzy. *shrug*

It's 1:20 pm Friday afternoon right now. So far we've worked out at the gym, stopped for an errand, and had lunch at Texas Roadhouse. Now we're just vegging out. Slightly too hot for me to sit or walk outside today.

I had a similar day, sunshine and blue skies, although it was cloudy and a bit cooler this morning-more seasonable.
It feels like it was a normal day until about noon, and then it really donned on me that tomorrow I leave for my trip.
I finished working an hour early, my husband had just come home also.
He packed last night, I did not.
I don't want to take a checked bag, and I will be really challenged tomorrow to fit everything into my carry on.
There are so many different events which require different attire, and of course toiletries and medications and the list goes on.
I started a bag, and just realized now, that I didn't pack any undies---oops, time to go and get some out.

I can say my Friday was a good one because I was able to take a 30 minute nap.
The only problem was, it made me stay awake past midnight last night.

Vince has gone off to take photos and I'll be walking to the supermarket shortly to pick up a few things. It's showery here so I might have to pick my time.
