Me and my whole family went to the dorm of my daughter. I helped her in ironing her new uniform since she will have hospital duty for the next two weeks. While I was helping and teaching my daughter how to iron her uniform, hubby and son went to the nearby mall, walking distance to the university and dormitory. Now I'm back home and preparing to sleep. But I will try to finish my notifications first.

I had to teach my boys how to do laundry and iron before they went to college. My grandmother taught me how to iron.

My grandma taught me how to do chores as well. She knows how to laundry and other stuff. If she did not have a lot of exams this week, I know I can just let the uniforms be and she will iron them but of course, I wouldn't do that.

she is excited. But she knows they have a lot of paper works to submit after the duty. I think they are learning assessment and charting

It seems the university is getting their students into the hospitals early in their career. I hope she enjoys it.

Yes, it's actually quite early. I know that some university starts their hospital exposure after second year. But I take this positively. An advantage for my daughter

I haven't ironed in a long time but I certainly had a lot to do when my kids were growing up. When they were old enough I taught them how to iron including my son. When he got married my daughter in law was very happy that he had great ironing skills

I actually learn chores younger than her. But it is still good for them to learn the chores. I can actually tell her to do it but she also have a lot of exams this week
