Anyone Own a Kindle?

As of May 20, 2026 Kindle e-reader devices released in 2012 or earlier Amazon will no longer support. While the older devices can still read existing content they will no longer be able to buy, borrow or download new books. Only pre-downloaded content. Models released from 2013 on remain fully supported.

I don't. I own an iPad so that's why I thought I don't need a kindle.

Yes, I own a Kindle e-Reader. I don't know how old it is, though. Let me look at it and I'll tell you how old mine is.
Mine is a Kindle Fire 7th Generation so it was released in 2017.
