Happy Monday Everyone! it's sunny but chilly here this morning. Had to switch back over to heat since it was down around freezing overnight. Fasten your seatbelts cause it looks like we're in for another roller coaster weather week. I forgot that I had a gift card from Applebees and came across it yesterday when I was looking for something else. So, my daughter and I decided that we would do a pick-up and enjoy a nice dinner rather than cooking. I haven't been to Applebees in years but my favorite to order has always been the bourbon street steak which is covered in sauteed mushroom and onions. It comes with garlic mashed potatoes as a side but I opted to get onion rings instead. For some crazy reason I've been dying for onion rings for weeks. Well, my dinner was delicious, steak was cooked to perfection, and the onion rings were beyond my expectations. If I had to give my dinner a review I'd give it a 10+ So, while I'm sitting here having my coffee I'm still thinking of my delicious dinner. Every once in awhile it's nice to indulge and not worry about calories, fat, sodium, etc. Have you had something that tasted extra good lately?

Sounds like a good experience. I hav not been to Applebees for a long time. I always liked their steaks.

That sounds SO good! I’d say my baked potato the other day fit the bill. It had pulled pork, cheddar cheese, and BBQ sauce.I just let myself enjoy it! It’s so pretty here. I had to get out this morning, so I brought Sadie with me to make the rounds.
