I seem to be addicted to bread and butter puddings ….. now it’s bagels ….

So after using up hot cross buns last week for a bread and butter pudding , today I realised that the cinnamon and raisin bagels are close to their “ you will die if you eat me “ date …..
I have just prepared a bread and butter pudding with one.
Never used the bagels before but it should work okay.
I’ve got the whiskey cream mixture poured over it so even if it doesn’t really work I will be too merry from the alcohol to care !
Are you creative with a pudding ?

Nope, but I'd eat the bagel even if it was beyond its expiration date. I keep bagels in the freezer so they last until I actually eat them.

@DaddyEvil a couple of these are going to have to go in the freezer…..
The pudding was delicious though ….
