I Think I am Addicted

Adding to my list of addictions. I am addicted to chocolate, and I think I am also addicted to the internet. I took to it like a duck to water when I first started using it. I love doing research and this is so excellent for that. But I recently read some about being addicted to it. Like my grandson and his video games. All day, every day. So here is my list: * It is always on my mind. Nope. * Repeated failed attempts to reduce or stop use. Yep. * Lying about the true amount of time online. Nope * Feeling, moody irritable or depressed if not online. No. (Depressed most of the time anyway so.......?!) * Feeling intense pleasure while using the internet. Nope. * Losing interest in hobbies or activities you once enjoyed. No. * Hygiene issues, physical or medical complaints? No. I think I'm okay. How about you?
