Yesterday and this morning as I was gathering the fence pieces. He seemed to like sleeping on them. I had to wake him up to get him to move after I took this picture. Sorry to everyone that can't stand snakes.
I only got the fence pieces together. I ended up having to do more sorting than I expected. Several of them had the tabs broken off that are needed to hook them together. But it's done now. Tomorrow I might paint it a bright yellow. Then I can start getting it planted.
Now I am ready to take a bath and relax. Hope you had a good day.

I actually didn't notice the snake until I read your discussion.

I am not fond of snakes, but I do know in country life there will be snakes...been there, done that. I would have asked him to move and gone inside until he did, but hey...snakes are not my thing!
As usual, it sounds like you had a productive day.

You know what? I love the photo. I love the old wood, the rusted metal, yes, the snake. It's a good study.

twins!

I cannot stand snakes, I know that most of them are not dangerous, but I find them creepy.
