Our big meal yesterday was a package of root veggies sauteed with onions added with beef smoked sausage. It was very good. We will eat it again in a day or two as there was plenty.

That sounds quite balanced and covering Carbs, Proteins, Fat etc. I had Rice and Roti (Indian Bread) with Cowpea Beans in the afternoon. Late evening Tea followed by Bread with Jam and Peanut Butter.

I am glad that cousin #3 is visiting you today. We had spaghetti with pesto sauce for lunch and hummus with flat bread for dinner. Ice cream for dessert.

Hmm... Yesterday was a long time ago... I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast, no lunch and had a plum, red raspberries and a chicken sandwich with sourdough bread for supper last night.
