Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 60 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for tonight is 43. It feels colder than it actually is out there. Today was a busy day. Aside from the usual I had meditation and yoga. Hopefully I'll be able to get a massage again this week. It feels good to not feel all tight and locked up. No big plans for the evening which is fine with me. What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

We have had a day of either tornado warnings or watches. Currently we are under a watch. It's been very dark all day, the street lights never even went off this morning. Meditation and yoga sound good to me.

Good afternoon. It is getting cloudy and looks like it could storm at any minute. We're under a thunderstorm watch until 9 pm this evening. My phone is also showing a tornado watch until 9 pm, too. Our temp right now is 82F but will drop to 50F for a low tonight. And we have a strong wind blowing. I've laid hamburger down to thaw for dinner tonight but have to wait until Pretty wakes up to see what sounds good to her. I hope you get your massage this evening. And hope you have a good night tonight.
