Something's Brewing.

Not coffee. Not tea.
A little headache this morning.
One eye crying. One nostril runny.
What's funny is that the left side is the only one affected.
Looks like my body is preparing a surprise I did not ask for. Maybe it is allergies, maybe the start of a cold, or maybe my system just woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I am hoping it does not turn into something worse because I still have things to do today.
For now, I am taking it slow, drinking water, and listening to what my body is trying to say. Sometimes these small signs can be a reminder to rest before we are forced to.
Have you ever woken up feeling like something is brewing too?

That's exactly how it feels (same symptoms only on one side of my face) when my eyes start swelling closed. Usually, my right eye is tearing up and the right nostril is running. After an hour or so, the eye stops tearing and the nostril stops running but then both eyes are swelling closed.
I hate it when that happens. It means I have to ask Pretty for help with an allergy shot and may not be able to see for a few days.
I hope you are only having a small allergy attack and it's over in a few hours to a day.

@rakski Thanks. I really think you're having an allergic reaction to something in your environment. I hope you're feeling better by now.

Yes, sometimes, but with me, it rarely turns into anything. Take some elderberry, vitamin C and zinc.

Yep I do especially when I'm exposed to the heat during the day and the ac is at high temperature at night.

Yes, when it happens, I drink a cup of warm water with lemon and ginger.
