The price of Regular shot up 20 cents per gallon yesterday at my local discount station. Overall the price of Regular is up about 35 percent since I got home from Montana in August. Are gas prices continuing to rise where you live?

The gas price rose soon after the Iran war and it continued to rise for a couple of weeks. Now it is at the same price as last week $ 8.81 per gallon. Stupid man the one who started this war, more than stupid!

@TheHorse And that is exactly what he wanted, to divert attention from Epstein's files. Let see what they are finding in New Mexico Ranch, it seems Epstein killed some girls there.

But, to his credit, people aren't talking about the Epstein files as much these days.

Not here. It was expected to rise amidst the war going on. But luckily, it has not so far. Not sure for how long it will stay in control.

Well the price had gone down a penny the other day. But I bet because the price of a barrell hit $120 today that another 20 cent increase is on the cards for you. This is because Trump's ships are blocking the Straits of Hormuz now It's hilarious The exact opposite of what he said would happen is happening. Hahaha lol at trump the chump

Thankfully not, it started to lower almost back how it used to be but for sure it won't go back to the same old price.

Do you know how much of an increase that is from, say, last Summer?

@AmbiePam So it's up at least 13 per cent or so. Gas prices in CA are always way higher than the national average. Additives and all that.

I wonder if US officially claims to produce a lot of Natural Gas and Petroleum, why are prices rising within US. So does that means, the Hormuz Strait blockade has started impacting US as well. Here some of the wholesale Fuel prices have increased. Domestic are under control but a prolonged war could lead to some rise.

@TheHorse Iran has claimed that it fired at some US escort ships. Now what would US do? Send ground troops? I think that US and Israel should have rather worked to make the Iranian regime more hated through indirect means. The way US and Israel bombarded areas - Military or civilians seem to have rallied the people behind the regime even more.

@TheHorse Hopefully the next President would be more pragmatic. Favorable to good people in US and the World.

Yes, prices jumped here yesterday, too. We're at $3.44 a gallon today. I'm glad we got a full tank last time we were out.

@TheHorse I just tell Pretty we need gas and don't say I'm filling the top of the tank. She'll claim we only need half a tank most of the time. I AM only filling half the tank.

Most countries are severely impacted due to the war and closure of The Strait of Hormuz. Gas supply is getting restricted and just managing to survive but at a cost.
