End It to a New Beginning

I'm leaving one of my mobile apps today. I can be virtually dismissed from my agency after thirty days of inactivity. I made this decision because I don't feel like I'm with the members. They are not united, and I find their bad behavior intolerable. Then, I will find a new agency that is suitable for me. I have this principle in life: "If you are not happy anymore, then it is high time to find true happiness."
How about you, guys?

@Ineeddentures It is a rule in every live-streaming social platform to have an agency to be an official host. There is a contract that needs to be with the agency. However, if he or she wants to change an agency, it needs to be inactive for 30 days in this particular app that I am using at present. You can pm me if you want to check these mobile apps.

@Shavkat really? Never heard of that. But I am glad you are no longer with them. Mental health is important.

@luisadannointed The release of my agency will happen at the end of this month. While waiting for it, I am searching for an agency that can be suitable to me.

I felt the same way at Walmart but couldn't leave until they let me go. I didn't like the changes they kept making to what we were allowed to do for customers. (I'd tell the customers to go to higher management and complain. The ones who did that got my personal help for the things they were wanting. The ones who didn't either left the store or were disappointed because I wasn't allowed to explain how to fix the problem they were having with their new phone. I didn't think that was fair but the management directly over me would get mad if I helped anyone with more than one question. She wanted me to tell them I had to help someone else, even if nobody else was asking for help at the time. The direct manager over me didn't like people and thought one question and answer was MORE than enough.)
I kept turning the manager directly over me into the store manager. He'd tell me to help the people until they got their phone working right and then my manager would send me to another part of the store. Management kept having to page me back to my work area until the store manager told my manager to leave me alone or find another job.

Speaking of higher-ups, some of them were incompetent enough. During my working days offline, I tend to keep in silence and do my job. But, when I was burned out, it was time for me to let go and quit the job. I can still remember them and feel bad about how they treated me indifferently before. Eventually, it fired back the wrongdoings to them.

@Shavkat I understand. They should have been ashamed for the way they treated you.
The direct manager I worked under got fired not long before I left that store, too.

That is my view of life if someone or something does not me around them, then I leave them alone so they can weep and gnash their teeth.

Back then, there were time's I got burnouts with my current company due to some coworkers behavior and attitude who did not follow proper procedure at work. I was unfairly marked low in my performance at work by my supervisor without knowing the truth but I've learned not to quit because I was emotionally drained and mad at them. Instead I've learned to set boundaries and don't mind at all if they complain how strict I am when it comes to my transaction and even with my supervisor I learned to said No when it isn't right at all.
After that, my work becomes smooth. I don't need to tell them what they need to do in order for me to process the transaction everytime they have lapses they automatically make an IR. And those IR are my shield for unexpected throwing their faults at me.

I can feel you with this concern. Before working offline, I was kind enough to entertain these co-workers who do not do their respective jobs effectively. Eventually, I learned to work on my own and set boundaries on how to deal with them. I do not mind their business as long as I am doing my job. They can only see me and participate if it needs to have this so-called teamwork. Other than that, I do not mingle with them.

I've been the same thing. Sometimes you have to walk away, even if it's hard. I did that with Facebook, because I didn't like the person it made me.

Oh yes, if you are unhappy and can change things, then that’s what you must do.
