Lovely shopping trip with Mom…..

So, I met Mom at the supermarket this morning, ready to do our shopping….. Well, actually, I met her by the ticket machine. Some will remember the absolute palarva we had last week…. Anyway, I managed to outwit the machine, and show Mom what she had to do to get her parking ticket. Once in the shop, we actually hadn’t got to get a lot of shopping. I am probably tempting fate here but, we should be having good weather through to the middle of next week and so The Mister and I are hoping to go to the caravan. It’s the Bank Holiday weekend. There was no Turkey on the deli counter, but we asked to nice girl and she went to find some for us. We have this every week. We got home in super quick time and put the baguettes in the air fryer ready for lunch. How has your day been ?

This morning has been going fine so far. The dishes are all washed, the counters cleaned and I swept the kitchen floor. I hope you and Mom have had a fun day.

@DaddyEvil, we did have a good time ….just arranged to have KFC tomorrow for tea …..only got to tell The Mister now ! ….LOL

Sounds like your day with mom was off to a good start Hope the rest of the day went well., My day was fine and happy that I didn't have to go anywhere and got to relax most of the day

I hop the weather stays nice for your bank holiday. We never our 'public holidays' bank holidays but we have Australia Day, Labor Day, ANZAC Day, King's Birthday, not to mention Easter, Christmas, New Year, etc.
