Shane South who is a resident of Lynchburg Virginia suffered a heart attack on Sunday March 15 when Shane had called 911 to tell the operator that he was having chest pains.
Firefighters from the Lynchburg Fire Department came to Shane's home had an inconstant heartbeat as Shane fell into unconsciousness and taken by an ambulance to a local hospital where doctors used a defibrillator to revive Shane who made a full recovery two days later.
Shane went to the fire station in Lynchburg on Wednesday to personally thank the firefighters who came to save his life.

That's nice to know. And it is normal to always thank the one who saves you wherever they are. to Christ be the glory.

They sent firefighters, rather than an ambulance, maybe the ambulances were all busy. Fancy being taken to hospital in a fire truck, and great, he has made a full recovery.
It seems the firies got him an ambulance, after they attended to him first, so, he missed that opportunity

That is true since some of us take the rescue teams for granted.
