Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 62 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. Ugh. I am back from the main house and done with stuff for the day. We had breakfast, meditation, clinical session, lunch, reiki, and then "recreation". "Recreation" is code for take a walk, read a book, play basketball outside. I did 2 sessions of reiki back to back rather than just sitting on the couch or chair in the building. Anyway I'm back to the girl's house now. Somehow they all cooked up a co-ed night over at the men's house to watch the Flyers and 76ers playoff games. I will be asleep by then. So no big plans for me this afternoon or evening. I plan to go to bed early. My mother is supposedly coming by tomorrow. Who knows what time that will be? I'd like to be able to sleep in tomorrow. We shall see. What's everyone else up to tonight?
