Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 58 degrees F here at the Jersey Shore. The low for tonight is 42. Yuck.
Today is a day off so I slept until 7:30am and it was wonderful. My mother called about an hour later asking me what I wanted to do today. I told her that she didn't even have to visit since I would be getting out of here on Wednesday. She insisted on it. Fine. Then she got here and asked me what I wanted to do. I didn't have an answer for her. We wound up getting lunch at the diner and then she took me to get my hair trimmed. Whatever. It is nice to have it cut but I still need to get my roots and tinsel done when I get back to the apartment.
A few annoying things happened while I was out but I am trying to just let them go as there is nothing I can do about them right now. I wish people would stop complaining about things I can't deal with at the moment. These are ones who know very well that I am out of the area and have been for 2 months.
I got back from lunch to discover that I now have a roommate here at the women's house. I really can't complain as I've been here for almost 3 weeks on my own. It is just for a couple of days anyway.
No big plans for the evening. I am hoping to be able to do a yoga nidra meditation before bed. It all depends on if the roommate is in here or not. We shall see.

Watching a lot of sport today
I was banned from the kitchen
Banned from the bedroom
Struggled to get bathroom time
And now can't get a bloody shower because women take so long to shower.
We were all meant to watch.a.movie at 11pm
10.55pm now
Oh god we need another bathroom

That was nice, that she took you to eat lunch and have some time away. I wouldn't be overly fond of having a roommate either, but at least you are going home very soon.

I´m going to mylot as much as I can today after a long time with no laptop. The old one broke down. I made some posts about how I was given a new one. I haven´t even been able to read news so I´m not so depressed.

I've been asleep most of the day. My tummy is upset at the moment but I don't know why... I may just be hungry. I haven't eaten since this morning. I laid sliced ham down to thaw earlier today so may make a sandwich for late lunch after while.

You've got this, like you said you only have a short time left.
You might be impressed what I am up to this afternoon.
I'm making chicken and poussins for supper tonight.
You are probably very well aware that it is a process getting to the stage where 'supper' is ready.
The chicken has been boiling for almost 2 hours now, and soon I will take it off and begin the process of making the poussins.
What is on your list of wants to make once you get back home again?
