Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 48 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 70 I believe. Hopefully it is warm enough for me to spend some time lounging in one of the hammocks.
It is Monday so it is back to a "regular" day here. We have breakfast at 8am. Then it is some kind of holistic activity--I think it is meditation today. Then we have a community meeting where they go over all of the same rules they just did on Friday. 
After that is a clinical session (the mental health part) and then lunch. In the afternoon there are 2 hours of holistics which could include breathwork/sound healing, aromatherapy, tai chi, poetry, etc. We shall see what is offered.
I also have an hour massage set up. It was supposed to happen on Thursday but somehow my 1st place in line got me bumped to today. Whatevs. Those usually occur in the afternoon during holistic activities.
No big plans for the afternoon/evening after we get back. I will do a Smart Recovery meeting (more on that later) and start packing some of my stuff.
What's everyone else up to today?

Good morning. It is 61F in my part of Missouri this morning. Our high today is supposed to reach 77F by this afternoon. The Weather Channel is calling for storms starting late this afternoon and extending through Wednesday evening.
I have various errands I need to run this morning: We need some groceries, I'm out of my Calcium tablets so will pick up more of those today, need to go to the Post Office and send off some mail, and need to go to the doctor's office for a blood draw/test to see how my kidneys are doing now.

Today is some errands and some yardwork. Once hubby gets home he'll take over the yard work and I get to work on my books. It should be a good day once it warms up here.
