Yet another hanging basket ! / myLot

So we went into town and popped into a favourite store .. The Mister has bought yet another hanging basket ..... anything to do with gardens and he can't resist. To be honest we do have a few plants left over from the millions that he bought for the garden , so the hanging basket will be used. Do you have hanging baskets ?

I love hanging baskets and usually hang two on my front porch, Haven't gotten around to getting any yet though

Yes, we have a dozen of them in the garage that are empty except for dirt. When plants die at the end of summer I carry the baskets out to the garage. When we moved into this house, I put up hooks under the the roof of the porch and hung baskets from them every year. This is the second year we haven't bought new baskets to hang out there.

I don’t have any hanging baskets myself. I always think they look so pretty though.

@AmbiePam. They do look really pretty ….my problem is ….im not very tall so watering tends to be 10% water on the hanging basket and 90% water on Traceyjayne ! I have a piece that goes on the hose so that I can reach to water the hanging baskets properly …..

@Traceyjayne It’s too windy here for swinging hanging baskets! I have my plants at ground level. Now that the tulips have had their day I’ve been to the garden centre to stock up on petunias, geraniums etc. this year the display will be all pinks, lilacs and purples with pop of white here and there.
