Tonight’s dinner

It was a late dinner tonight.
I fried some wild mushrooms that I had in the freezer along with a diced sautéed shallot.
I boiled some orzo and sprinkled some grated Parmesan and Romano cheese blend on it.
Mixed the orzo with the mushrooms.
Warmed up the remaining two quail.
I was sure they were way over salted as the previous two were.
To my surprise they were not.
I was shocked.
All this made for a nice dinner.
I even have the orzo/mushroom mix left over as it turned out to be a lot.
I’ll finish it tomorrow for dinner.
Hopefully, that will be enough to fill me up.

I was really surprised it wasn’t very salty. I wonder if I salted the previous ones twice by mistake.

@lovebuglena I saw in another post where you asked about the Mauritius. It's an island nation in East Africa.
