Not all people prefer to drink water for at least eight glasses in a day. The mere fact is it is the best way to make the body hydrated and let the body function well. It is also good to consume extracted juices of fruits from the market. Some people tend to try other drinks, but water is still the best thing to have in the system. Would you agree, guys? I also like that idea. If I have some lemons at home, I add one or two slices to my water to drink.

Indeed. Our body needs at least 60 percent of water. It is also a good way to clean our kidneys.

Yes, we can say point to many things, but fresh water is by far the healthiest thing we can drink unless a hospital put someone on a special diet for some reason. I love a big glass of ice, cold water. No sugar, just clear, fresh, goodness.

I cannot blame you for drinking water that much. I have some episodes where I feel like I do not want to drink water, but it should be done regularly.

@valherma00 We need to pay it here, my friend. We stopped drinking tap water. It should be purified, unlike before.

While many beverages can be enjoyable to drink, most are simply sources of sugar that can ultimately make you thirstier than plain, clean water with no added sweeteners or additives. There is no better alternative to quench our thirst than the pure, natural water provided by nature.

i accept your point that not all peoples prefer to drink water at least 8 glasses daily. They are addicted on packed juice. Drinking water is only hydrating our body. Lot of disease causes, if not drinking water. Water is just like an option only using during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not taking extra

I do agree that not all people will want to drink water for at least eight glasses. If we are not going to drink it, then we are susceptible to possible diseases.

I sometimes cheat for not drinking at least eight glasses. I cannot help myself from drinking carbonated ones, especially now that I am in Cavite. I am not used to hot weather, being a person who grew up in Baguio City.

I don't like plain water but will drink it if there is nothing else to drink. I prefer lemon juice in water, orange juice in water or lime juice in water.
