Okay, it's almost 8 PM on a Wednesday night, they just issued a frost warning, and the temperature is 48 F. Our high today was 49 F. May is one of those months that can't make up it's mind whether it's spring or winter. This week it's been a little of both.
Well, the good news is that I got In the Hands of Mighty Men back today from my proofreader when I went to get my hair cut. That means in the next week, I will be publishing my fourth book this year and my last for this year. I don't have any ready to publish, but I have many I'm working on.
Not much happening here. My back pretty much dictates what I do and don't do. I did not go to Writer's Guild last night. The idea of sitting on hard backed wooden chairs didn't sound like fun, in fact it sounded painful. My back appreciated that I stayed home.
Staying home means I'm getting a lot of writing done. A Heart Divided is doing well. I might have five chapters left, but I won't know until I get to the end. There will be a sequel. The name of that book came about a couple of days ago - Forged in Fire. As you can imagine, I can't wait to get started on that one. That one will be set during World War II. A Heart Divided is set in 1930-1931.
That's all I've been doing besides watching TV.
How are you guys doing? I just finished the notifications, so I touched base with a few of you. Thanks for reading. The image, if it posts, is the cover for In the Hands of Mighty Men

Sorry about your back. Sounds like you've been busy with writing. Your 4th book, and it is just May? Wow!
