Hair surgery.

My wife said nothing, but I could tell that she thought I ought to have my hair cut in preparation for our French adventure that begins on Sunday. So I complied and went to a barber’s shop in a back street that I knew would be empty.
Ten minutes I sat in the chair and there’s not much to say about the result - it’s a haircut.
What I will mention is the Johnny snip snip took a phone call during the procedure. He continued to comb my hair while chatting but thankfully didn’t try to cut one handedly.
Does getting a haircut irk you?

I ask Pretty to cut my hair once in a while. She did it once when my hair was halfway down my back. She just pulled the curls straight and cut the hair off but says she doesn't know how to make shorter hair look good. I don't care how long the back gets but need the top and sides cut. (I keep telling her I won't complain if she cuts it but she still won't do it.

My husband went back from the barber's shop years ago furious because he spent a fortune and he disliked how they cut his hair. From that day I cut his hair every other week. As the last time he went to the barber's shop was the year 1999, I am now almost a "professional".

Wow! Hair reduction surgery and he didn't anesthetize you for the procedure
? I told Pretty last week that I need hair reduction surgery... She said we needed to find a new-to-us local surgeon because she needs a trim, too. (She wasn't happy with the last surgeon we tried.)
Nah... It's just something that has to happen sooner or later. My hair is curling over my shoulders again so it's time.

I hate having to go to the salon because I have so much trouble getting around...and I don't like going in the winter time.

Yes, I had one two days ago and the young girl, probably a fairly new hairdresser, was cutting wildly and too fast and I was petrified that she was going to cut my ear.
