The Mister is home ……in his new van.

It was raining this morning in Grimsby where The Mister has been working, so they didn’t do any work and came home early.
We have managed to get a few jobs done already.
He has his new van…..a smaller version of the old one…..but ….not allowed to keep open tins of paint in this one….got to keep it clean……yay !
I have been out in it ….quite dinky …..
I wonder if the Grandkids will even notice when they come later.

I'm not doing much, just teasing people on myLot, thinking about making lunch and wondering if I'm going to get the car jumpstarted today or just keep talking on myLot instead?
You can't mean his driving is so bad that open cans of paint would tip over in the back of it, surely! I bet you're just making that up!

@DaddyEvil ….its more about the splashes when he is painting….if the wind is in the wrong direction etc ….and all the drips etc down the sides of the tins ….it can make a real mess….then there are all the brushes and rags and clothing with paint on ….

@DaddyEvil ……it’s not about his driving it’s about all the splashes of paint he gets on the van ….this is a hire van too it’s not company owned ….

It sounds like a good deal! You must have been glad to see him a little early.
I’m still cleaning, and organizing. I think I’m going to make a separate space for things to donate to our church’s youth group garage sale. It pains me I can’t have my own, but oh well, the money will be put to good use.

@AmbiePam ….yes, it’s always nice when he gets to come home early …..
I have just uploaded loads of books for sale ….it took a long time to take all the photos but hopefully I will sell a lot.

I'm glad you approve of the new van. Open tins of paint in any vehicle wouldn't be a good idea.

@JudyEv. I mean tins that have been opened and partially used ….not tins without lids ….. ( even The Mister wouldn’t do that ! )
