One of the challenges of working from home during the grave yard shift is thinking of what to snack on. I try to be conscious of what I eat - it has to be filling, healthy, and it shouldn't lull me to sleep.
So, I did my research and have picked out a couple of snacks to eat. A current favorite now is pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin seeds are rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and polyunsaturated fats or the 'good fats' as they call it. i like to eat pumpkin seeds as is Sometimes, I add it to smoothies and yoghurt.
What's your favorite go-to snack nowadays?

You're supposed to be so busy that you don't even think about eating while working. (I'm positive that's what your boss(es) would tell you.
)
I've tried baked pumpkin seeds but didn't like them as well as roasted and salted sunflower seeds. (I just don't need the salt or my BP will spike. I bought a large bag of raw sunflower seeds and keep it in the fridge. I eat a handful of them every couple of days.)
I still keep fun sized candy bars in my bedroom but only eat one or two of those every three or four days.

@allen0187 I went from eating full-sized bars down to the fun size bars so that's pretty good.

Nice, no shelling needed—just eat and enjoy. I like pumpkin seeds too, along with sunflower seeds and watermelon seeds. I also enjoy snacking on nuts. Were the ones you bought good? Hopefully they weren’t stale or soft already.

It was good.
One thing I hate is deshelling sunflower and watermelon seeds. Great snacks but hard to eat.
