Kittens eyes not opening?

We found kittens and mommy in the barn. I have been feeding her over the winter so it was easy to get them all inside.
Kittens are 3-maybe 4 weeks. All have their eyes open but one. Looks like one eye is starting to open. No redness or discharge.
One of the litter mates has a little bit of runny eye, sometimes sneezes/coughs. Is this fiv/fip?

Give it time, not all babies open their eyes at the same time.
