and do try hard to see it that way too. But, here's the story: Back about 2010 my daughter wasn't doing very good. Her meds doctor hadn't found the right mix for her and we were all paying the price. She and her daughter had an upset and her daughter and i left the apartment for about 3 months. She and I found a little apartment in another part of town. We had to have phone and internet so we went with the company my granddaughter had been with, Verizon. We had to try several things to get internet to work and a Verizon rep made some promises the company wasn't going to keep. I set on the phone for two weeks until the rep who made this promise to me came back from vacation and was assured that he would keep his promise to me. I vowed at that time that when all was said and done I would never do business with Verizon again. Fast forward about a year ago... I've been using Tracfone for about 5 years now. Come to find out Verizon bought Tracfone recently. So what's a gal to do? As long as the service continues as it has to date I will stick by Tracfone.
