This was one of my meals during my shift last week. It is chicken poppers cooked in an air fryer. Straight from the freezer, I just place everything in the air fryer and cook it at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes. Usually, it only takes 8 to 12 minutes to cook these but I like my extra crispy. I dust the chicken poppers with cayenne pepper for an extra kick. The white speck that you see in the photo is the mayonnaise that I use for dipping sauce. Since getting this air fryer, it has been a breeze preparing food. It ain't gourmet level yet but every meal I prepare with my air fryer hits the spot every single time. What meal did you have today?

Well, I just had breakfast, and it was Indian food. Not a traditional meal, but it was handy.

That's great that you've mastered the air fryer. We haven't mastered ours yet.
