Happy Monday Everyone! it's a sunny and hot day here today. Looks like we're in for a few days of very warm weather and then it will go back to cooler temperatures and days of some rain., With the upcoming holiday weekend (next weekend) it looks like we'll be dealing with rain. A big 
for those who have plans.
I had a busy weekend and not much time to be here. My daughter took today off from work so we're doing some organizing of the kitchen pantry. Right now she's upstairs looking for something so I figured it would be a good time to pop on and say hi.
With the weather being so warm it might be a good time to fire up the grill and make some bbq chicken to have with a nice, big salad for dinner.
Nothing new and exciting going on here. Fine with me...I'm happy for days without drama

It is cloudy and looks nasty outside but no rain yet even though it looks like it could storm any time. It's supposed to rain/storm all week long. We shall see what happens.
I'm working on a pork loin with potatoes, carrots and green beans for late lunch/dinner tonight.

Hope those storms bypass you . Looks like a rainy on and off kind of week ahead here. Tomorrow will be hot then rain and cooler temps
Your pork loin sounds delicious. I love pork especially with potatoes and carrots

@Marilynda1225 Thanks. I'm not looking forward to more storms but we can always use the rain.
I changed my mind about the pork loin with potatoes, carrots and green beans... I cut the pork up into 1 inch squares and fried it with seasonings and onions and then fixed a bag of Green Giant broccoli and cheese sauce to go with it.

@Marilynda1225 We considered turning the a/c on, but it was breezy this morning, and now straight up windy. Tomorrow will be alot the same, but they are calling for afternoon storms, so maybe it won't get quite so hot.

Its too hot here for open windows. My a/c is running full blast with room fans keeping the air circulating. I'm sure my electric meter is spinning like crazy

I'm sure it's unbearable for you with no a/c. We won't be getting cooler until after Wednesday. Then rain
