Too hot here

It’s in the 90s today and tomorrow is the same thing. I didn’t venture outside today and I do not intend to do it tomorrow either. I don’t really have a need to go anywhere, and I do not want to subject myself to the heat and the humidity for no reason.
My central AC is set to 75. It’s nice on the 2nd floor, 1st floor, and basement, but upstairs it is hot. Like a sauna. It won’t be a good night. May have to turn on the fan, though it will end up working all night.
There was a wasp crawling on the 1st floor Sunday. Not sure how it got there. Thankfully, my mom and our realtor were coming to my house so he was able to kill it for me when they got here.
Not sure what I would’ve done if they weren’t here to help me. Wasps, bees, etc. terrify me and I can’t approach them to kill them when I see them in my house. And that’s a big problem. I wish I knew how to deal with this. I can’t always rely on someone else to come over and kill them for me. I need to be able to do it myself.

It stormed from about midnight last night almost the entire day today. That kept the temps outside at around 61F so it felt nice to me.
I'm allergic to bee and wasp stings so I have to kill them if they get into the house. Pretty just stands and screams for me to take care of them if she sees one in the house. I use a flyswatter and beat the pee out of any insects that come inside.

I don’t necessarily always scream, but I jerk and quickly leave the room where it’s at. My husband used to kill them for me. When my dad was alive, sometimes he would come and do it. And recently on occasion my mom. But now my husband is not here and my dad is no longer alive. And my mom can’t necessarily just come to me to get rid of it so I have to figure out how to get myself to be able to do it. I can’t just leave it and not do anything because who knows what’s gonna happen. It definitely won’t disappear if I do nothing.
Do I need to see a CBT person or something?

I would lower the temperature from 75 till like 73 or something like that, but that’s not gonna do anything upstairs. It’ll still be a sauna so what’s the point?

It’s nice that you have some relief at the moment. It’s gonna cool down tomorrow here, which is nice. Looking forward to some relief.

What would you rather bee or a wasp?
You can buy cans of spray to kill wasps here. That’s what I would suggest for you.

That would work if you have a lot to deal with. If it’s just one then smacking it with something does the trick. The only problem is I can’t approach it and do it because I’m scared.

@Ineeddentures I do not murder things or like to murder things, but if they’re inside the house, they’ve got to go.

There is no one to spray inside, thankfully. But if I see it one I won’t be able to do that as I am afraid to approach it and try to do anything that might kill it. Like what if it attacks?
