Had my TeleHealth appointment yesterday. The doctor is going to gradually reduce the amount of one of the medications that I'm taking because it's not good for the kidney disease.
Haven't heard anything further about the surgeries or the sleep test.
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, roll, applesauce
Dessert/Snack - Brownie, low salt nuts
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, sweet potato chips, blueberries
What did you eat yesterday?

Just now
Reducing the meds is probably a really good thing. Hope you hear about the surgeries and sleep test.
After nights of light dinners due to the excessive heat, tonight we're having one of my favorite go-tos (eggplant and spaghetti) Today I'll be making the sauce and won't have to worry about heating up the kitchen.

Getting a med reduction is usually good. I had eggs for din, leftover casserole for lunch and cereal for breakfast.

Call it an unplanned leftover of sorts night. Dawn wasn't feeling well, so I didn't cook except for a batch of macaroni and cheese and buttered, kernel corn which I had with some leftover fish from our Friday fish fry. I just made her a quick can of chicken noodle soup.
