With what do you need help?

Is it your back? Your neck? Your feet? I got what is in this picture free to review, and I cannot wait to try it. It’s hard to do much for arthritis in the hands, and I’m really hoping this aids in the problem. Could you use something like this? Do you just need a massage? A chiropractor adjustment? What is it that causes you to need help?

It looks like what they use to take your temperature nowadays. Is it a massage tool? I'm not flexible enough to cut my own toenails now and I've had to resort to a podiatrist.

Yes, it seems to massage too. I’ve seen older people have to go to the podiatrist for that. How often do you have to go?

@JudyEv I go to a podiatrist every two months now and he does them for me. Do they do this with insurance there?

@JudyEv My podiatrist said as we get older, we are more prone to those. I haven't heard about Vicks on the nail. I wonder if we just did it as a precaution too if that works. I tried to paint my own toe nails tonight and I counted that as exercise. I was huffing and puffing, stretching and even had a potty mouth at the end. I think it counts.

I hope it helps, my only problem is my back and I found nothing that really helps, the physiotherapist is the only one who can really help me.

Nothing physical fortunately, but if you come up with something that helps you maintain a sensible eating plan I'd be game.

I certainly need a massage now and if I had the extra funds, I'd certainly schedule one.

Yes, to all the above. I have pretty bad psoriatic arthritis all over my body with my fingers and hands deformed. Let me know how this works. Something I miss is dipping my hands in heated wax and wrapping with a warm cloth.

Oh, goodness. I am so sorry you suffer so much. My little nephew has psoriatic and rheumatoid arthritis. I only have regular arthritis which is bad enough. However, it’s nothing compared to psoriatic arthritis.

@AmbiePam Thank you. They thought I had RA as well but it's negative. I have severe osteo in my knees and hips. Back has narrowing. Yet, I still do what I can and keep going. I'm sorry you and your little nephew has arthritis. No matter what arthritis someone has, it's awful and trying. My heart goes out to them and to you too.

Is there a reason why you can't use the wax treatment now?

A TMJ treatment, I just don't know where can I get money for that. It really makes my head ache severely.
