My student's birthday party was fun.

I was honored to be invited to my student's 15th birthday party (quinceañera). She's been with me for two or three years, and is a good bass player. There was a mariachi band playing early. Vivienne (bass) , her younger brother (drums), and a friend of theirs (guitar) took the stage later in the evening and cranked out four Metallica tunes. All three of them did the heavy metal "head banger" hair throw thingie. I think they had a blast, and the music was great (I am not a fan of heavy metal, but they handled it well.) Yesterday. I rested. Today, I do music practice,as usual, Are you doing anything special today?
