Making use of useless business cards

Vince and I have been trying to catalogue his coin collection. He has a lot of different coins, mostly Australian. There were dozens of each denomination so I made use of our old business cards to help keep the various piles together.
We have four different business cards: from our photo business, Vince’s two schools where he worked as bursar and a personal one which now has the wrong address and phone number on it. I use them for shopping lists mostly but I’ve got rid of a few while we’ve been sorting coins.

That's a good idea. I need to start going through my coins.

I'm glad to find a use for them. I don't want to just throw them out.

I'm pleased to have found a way to use them as we must have hundreds.

Because we mostly walk to the supermarket and pick up just a few items at a time, the cards are a good size for shopping lists.

That's true. Our boys don't want to be saddled with them and what can you do with them?

Waste not want not as my grandmother used to say. A great use for those old business cards.
