Dagnabbit, We Broke the Seal

So, it's official. The air is on. It got to be 83 in here and the humidity was a bit high and it's supposed to get into the 90s next week.
So, we finally did it. We closed all the windows and turned the air on.
I have to admit; I might have been inclined to wait a little longer. But Cal was spread out like a snow angel, Grayson was clinging onto the open window for dear life, and the wife had beads of sweat coming off her forehead.
It was a battle I lost.
Can I say, for the record, I guess this marks that summer is officially here and we probably won't see fresh air and open windows for several months now?

I had it on in April, but not since. I will probably succumb tomorrow though. The humidity hasn't been high and it hadn't been over 79 or 80 in the house
