Mexican Food

I do not know if I have a favorite. When I was much younger, say early 20's, I had my first Mexican food. My dad got me a job at a restaurant while I was on Spring Break. It was a family owned business, so their food was very special, all made from scratch. I loved their chicken taco filling and have tried over the years to develop a version just as good. I actually made it with more juices and called it "Mexican Chicken Soup". I believe what made it taste so good was the cumin that was part of the seasoning. I would make it as a thick soup and serve it over rice. Of course guacamole was a fave as well.

Definitely tacos and quesadillas!

I love most all of it, but I am especially fond of Chile relleno’s and tamales.

There are some Mexican places here in our city, but since I do not like spices, I have never been to any of them.

Mexican foods aren't my favorite but I will eat beef burritos covered in tomato, onion and bell pepper salsa. Pretty makes tacos all the time for herself.

My daughter makes fajitas all the time. I am not really keen on Mexican foods as they tend to use a lot of coriander which I am alergic to.

For sure guacamole and chicken fajitas. I never had a taco, my husband tried one and I was not interested.

I love tacos! thats why whenever im craving for it i just cook it in my apartment its so easy but delicious.
