This morning was wild..I almost got stung by a scorpion

..so I woke up this morning, picked up my phone to check my messages, and saw a big scorpion right beside my bed..oh my goodness.. My heart nearly jumped out. It immediately reminded me of when I was a small boy and a scorpion stung me..yeah..it stung me and you know what?..the pain was so terrible . I was rushed to a clinic, given injection, but the pain still lasted for many hours. Thank God I saw this one before it could sting me. It would have been a whole 'nother story if it had stung me. Anyway, i quickly killed it..cruel right? It was an impulsive reaction Later in the day, I started perceiving a very strong smell in my sitting room. After searching, I found a dead rat beside my stabilizer. How the heck did you get in here? Well, I'm at my workplace. How has your own day been? ??

Maybe the scorpion killed the rat..I didn't even think in that direction until you mentioned it..that is a possibility..and yeah..it was a heck of a day . Im just glad I didn't get stung.

That must have been really scary. Never been stung by a scorpion but I got stung by a bee when I was 11 years old and that hurt a lot.

I'm sorry you had that terrible experience. I have never been stung by a bee before but I hear the pain is excruciating

i killed an ant today and i get you. i was never stung by scorpion but this animal soudns so nasty. my day was less exciting cause, bills are coming in a full speed actually, since saturday and i hate how some companies program themselves and try ruining weekends for us, regular people.

Oh my. You had a couple of unsettling discoveries today, didn’t you. I would have killed the scorpion too. My day has been nice. I got to visit with my dad and his wife, which was a treat.

That would have been scary to see a scorpion. Glad it didn't sting you. My day was fairly good. I went to the city and did some errands and shopping..out for lunch etc

That is a close shave indeed. That rat could well have been stung by the scorpion. Some pains give us a shudder whenever we recall them.

I have been fortunate enough not to be bitten by a scorpion, but I have once seen a man who was bitten by a scorpion. He was reeling with terrible pain.
