I’m not sure if this is worldwide or just in the UK……
There seems to be this thing where people acknowledge something that they have just found out by saying “ I was today years old ……”
( examples …..
I was today years old when I found out ice cream is made from milk
I was today years old when I realised cows say moo
* * you get the idea …..)
For goodness sake ….GROW UP !
What is wrong with saying ….” I found out today that ……”
It really bugs me !
What do you think …..?

Sounds stupid to me. That hasn't reached our shores yet, not that I know of anyway.
