Do you have a shower everyday? We do. We have a shower everyday. The shower is set so we press the button And in 20 seconds the temperature of the water is how Yvonne likes it. It suits me also as it's quite warm which is nice. We used a new shower gel today called Golden Embrace and embrace we did as I said to Yvonne that's what the text on the bottle said we do. I could have stood under the shower all day if truth be told but I had things to do. So people, shower every.day or not? That is the question

Well I will be the first to say no. I wash every morning, have a shower once or twice a week, or more often if I've been getting very sweaty for some reason, and a bath very occasionally.

If you shower everyday you are washing your natural body oils away which the Dr's say isn't good, 2x's a week is best & us "elderly" people shower less than that cause we don't get as dirty as you young people do working, sweating.
