I woke up a bit before my alarm due to having a muscle cramp in my right calf. I will be sure to wear different shoes today and hope that helps.
It is a beautiful day, sunny and a little cooler than it has been.
In a moment I will go get my first cup of coffee. I have a quick bread--date loaf-in the oven. It is from a mix.
We will go back to Newton today. I will try to get all errands done today so that I can stay at home and do "stuff" tomorrow.

I hate those kinds of cramps, I've noticed that it happens more often when I don't use a cover at night because it starts out too hot for one then by early morning ours its cooler.
Hey, why not just have as much of a relaxing day as possible tomorow, Bob is sure to keep you busier than you'd like anyway.

Oh dear leg cramp can be so painful. Bread whether from a packet mix or you made yourself always fills the house with delicious smells. Enjoy!

It's supposed to be raining at least part of the day here. It is 70F and heavily overcast right now.
