So I got cancelled lol
Oh yes
Someone on our town says they cannot speak to me anymore
Reason being I repeated the joke about George Michael , told by Lord Malcolm Offord, leader of the Reform Party in Scotland
So I told him to , you know, second word off
Then he called me racist
I said " why racist"
He said because it's about gay people

@ineeddentures Another person so anxious to be offended that he gets his categories of offence all confused. I got corrected once for talking about black coffee - it’s coffee without milk I’m told.

I was a bit curious about the joke and found out what it was about.
"Lord Offord later admitted the joke was "crude," "inappropriate," and "probably" homophobic. He publicly apologized for the remarks, describing them as a clumsy mistake made after drinking, and subsequently made a donation to an LGBT rugby club ".
Did you repeat the joke after a couple of drinks? Then you are excused!
