Left overs for lunch

Philippines
June 13, 2026 5:37am CST
This is during lunch time a while ago. Usually on a saturday we woke up late because there's no school and work . When we woke up late, we have late breakfast , and we have late breakfast we will have lunch late hahaha..so I told mom , I wont be cooking lunch , lets eat up the left overs so that it wont go to waste and just cook lunch by tomorrow. They all agreed. And so I prepared everything . We will have late dinner for sure, and I dont have any idea what to have for dinner. Lotters, usually if you have left overs what do you usually do with them? Do you reheat and eat or do you make new dish out of the left overs?

I usually just reheat them, and enjoy them later.

@celticeagle Good thing your grandson is not a picky eater. There are people who only eat them once and dont like eating them the second time around.

@wolfgirl569 I agree with you and so thats why I always check whats left in the fridge so that I can think of what to prepare just in case.

It depends what the leftovers are ….if it’s something like lasagne I would just reheat as it’s a meal already. If it was rice or veggies I may make a new dish ….
