My favourite puddings ……

I was asked by a friend last night about my favourite pudding …..that got me thinking ….i don’t have one main favourite, but there are several that I do like a lot.
Ice cream …..chocolate, mint choc chip, salted caramel, vanilla, lemon
Sticky toffee pudding
My bread and butter pudding …..made with brioche and whisky
Tiramisu
Bread pudding
Muffins
Cheesecake
Apple and blackberry crumble and custard
I’m sure there are more but that’s enough to be going on with ……
What’s your favourite pudding ?

I am not really a dessert lover to be honest although my wife is. Our mother never encouraged us to eat dessert so I think it just stuck that way.

Pecan pie, caramel ice cream, vanilla ice cream (Sometimes I add strawberry syrup or caramel syrup.), white cake with chocolate icing after I've poked holes through the hot cake and the icing has had a chance to sink into the holes and then the cake cools...
I'm sure there are other desserts I enjoy, but those are my favorites.

I had forgotten about rice pudding …..I should have added that to the list.

It would have to be ice-cream but I like most milk puddings and cheesecake.
