Is this the one where you slide your fingers on the keyboard? Yes, I do that too. In some gadgets, I think you need to activate it. But as for my experience, I just try it and it works for me

@Ineeddentures it is just like text prediction. you glide/slide your finger over letters that spell the word that you intend to write, regardless if there will be other letters in between the letters you need. You will lift your finger when you finish the word you like and you see it on the text. I found a video tutorial

@rakski What if there are other words within the letters you swipe over A word like holder must be difficult to swipe You.might wish you hadn't responded as I don't think I am grasping this very well

It's not something that I enjoyed or even liked at all. It's called slide type on iPhone and though I tested it once when it was launched on iOS 13, it's something I never ever used ever.

I don't see how I could do it. And Siobhan and Yvonne told me to forget it.

@Ineeddentures - I do not even try, it's more stressing than typing.

The only time I use it is to do random searches on Bing to earn points. I just twiddle my fingers around on the keyboard and search for whatever comes up.

Vince does this sometimes. If you do it quick enough it seems to come up with the right words although I have to admit I don't use it. I hope someone can help.

It's just using the predictive text that's all. There's no human skill to it. Just give it a go. I don't find it particularly useful because of course sometimes it will 'guess' the wrong words, but some do.
