Planted more herbs for my herb garden….

Well, I have no idea why but the Rosemary seeds that I planted a month ago did not grow ….not a single one !
Yesturday I planted more Rosemary seeds ….im not put off that easily …
Also I planted Oregano, Curly Parsley and Thyme.
Let’s see what happens ….
Last night I put crushed egg shells around the cauliflowers, courgettes and tomatoes ….it will help the soil and hopefully keep the slugs and snails away !
I’m getting into this gardening malarky !

You could have gotten a bad batch of seeds or they could have been last year's seeds. Check the packet for the expiration date to be sure. IF they are this year's seeds, take the packet back where you bought them and either get another packet or get your money back.
I know eggs are good for you but I've never heard that crushed shells are good for your soul. That's interesting.

I will see if these grow ….they are in date and seeds I bought this year …i do have another pack so I will try them if these don’t grow.
Egg shells add calcium to the soil ….plus other nutrients.

@DaddyEvil crushing those egg shells was very therapeutic so it was good for my soul as well as being good for the soil ……

I really love gardening. It's cool. I had a bad experience on my farm when I planted yam and it didn't grow..I was wondering why

Oregano, curly parsley and thyme sound like a great little herb collection. You are going to be all fancy soon, wandering outside saying, “Just popping out to get some fresh herbs for dinner” ??

I have a garden which is a mix of vegetables and herbs. Sometimes, plants don't sprout because seeds are bad.
