Need To Shampoo

The carpet. Between the rains last night and hubby sleeping in poor Duke doberman had a boo boo. I am just waiting for the spot to dry enough to vacuum over it. Then I will shampoo. Hubby had already did the big cleanup before I got up.
I also started setting up an outside area for the ducklings last night. I will get that done today. Fresh air and sunshine will encourage them to grow faster. Hopefully in a couple of weeks they will be big enough to run with the other birds.
Except for those things I will be doing my normal. Shrinking that brush pile, cleaning the shed and digging a hole. Those are my main projects right now.

Poor Duke. Poor you, too. First thing I did when I bought my house was rip the (shag, yuck) carpet out of it. That way, boo boos were easy to clean.

If this wasn't a concrete foundation I would do that too. But the carpet feels great in the winter compared to the tile floor.

Poor Duke but poor you too for having to shampoo the carpet. But we love our pets
