Just trying to get some stuff straightened out with my prescription this morning. I have to ask why does everything have to be so difficult? I mean this should be a straightforward thing, and here I am having to run interference between the doctor's office and the pharmacy. I am not a medical professional, get it together people. There is also a maddening billing issue to worry about..Anyway, I am going to cross my fingers that by Monday everything will be in place. I normally don't have these kinds of issues..but now it seems I am. How's your day going?

Normally, it isn't a big problem. It is the billing issue that is giving me the most concern.

@snowy22315 The bill is sent directly to the health insurance.

@LadyDuck That is he it is here if your insurance covers what is being prescribed. Not all insurances are equal.

Hope you can get it straightened out. Certainly don't need that kind of frustration

I hope that you get it resolved quickly. I know how frustrating that is. I have had some issues too and it’s exhausting living on the phone .

What a pain in the neck. In the UK we can order our repeat meds on line or via the phone. The Doctors surgery just send it directly to the pharmacy then deliver it. Before we had the pharmacy order it & it was always wrong or somethings were missing. So by doing it this way l know it is ordered correctly. Good luck.
