OMG more eggs are on the way

I was in the guidance office today waiting for the secretary to sign off on my sheet. I poked my head into one of the counselor's office and told her that I expect ice cream reports this summer. She has a mini-farm with lots of chickens and ducks. She often gives me eggs when the hens are laying. Last year I gave her an ice cream making attachment for her KitchenAid (someone had given it to me) and 2 ice cream books. So far she hasn't attempted anything. She promised she would get on it this summer after their vacation. . . and said she would send me some more eggs tomorrow. OMG. I already have like 50 of them. I mean I'm not going to say no to free eggs but YIKES. I've seen that you can freeze them. I am going to make a double batch of egg muffins to put in the freezer. Once school is done (tomorrow) I'll get going on the various ice creams neighbors have asked for. I'll probably make a quiche or two as well to slice up and put in the freezer for quick meals. How do you use eggs?
