What does this weather do to your hair?

I have naturally curly hair, and this humidity makes my hair frizz something awful. It took me awhile to find something to keep my curls from looking like I have a cotton ball on my head. What does your current weather do to your hair?

My hair frizzes enough to make me look like a bush woman. I use products that work from Moroccan Oil.

@DaddyEvil @AmbiePam I've never thought about having problems with hair and the weather.

If you come visit while it's humid or raining here, you'll see my hair turn into an afro... Pretty's does the same thing.

@rakski It depends on how long the top part of my hair is/gets. If it gets long, then it just curls around the bottom of the hair strands but if it's cut about three inches long, then it curls all over my head.

In this weather a bit sweaty makes the strands wavy and then they dry out and it needs refreshing.

I have what I call hybrid hair. It's a mix of straight and curly hair thanks to my mom's curly hair and my dad's straight hair. My hair has waves and curls at the ends when it's long, but the humidity makes it difficult to tame. I have never been someone who can just take their fingers through their hair to fix it; I have to have an argument with it with my brush. There are days the only way I can tame it is if I wash it again.

WE only have one season to think of and it's always humid all year round. I have naturally straight hair and wish I had a curly one. I love to have a beach wave type of hair or what they call a mermaid hair. My hair doesn't frizz. Is there a hair care product you could use to prevent that?

Nothing I've really taken notice of. My hair is just straight with some waves near the ends.

We use spray in-leave on hair conditioner to keep our hair from looking like we're wearing auburn afros. Some people think we actually do that on purpose and ask us why we tease our hair like that. If we're actually outside and it rains on us, our hair turns into an afro again, anyway.

I have naturally wavy/curly hair; but I spend most of my time inside with the AC on; so it doesn't really affect my hair.

Frizzes a little. But I’ve been keeping it up because it’s so dang hot

Humidity makes my hair crazy with frizz and tiny little curls everywhere. My hair isn’t as curly as it used to be but it still has plenty of curls to contend with!

Annelyn told me once in the summer my hair was as curly as hers. At the time, it HAD gotten that coily!

@AmbiePam I have learned over the years that fighting the little curls is an endless battle, I just go with what I was given for my hair. My hair is just like my paternal grandmothers hair was. Not as curly as it used to be but still have some curls everywhere, and lots of frizz when it’s really humid!

I'm not sure. But sometimes my hair gets very dry. I don't know if it is because of certain weather or whatever.
